Hematite is a former Homeworld Gem who stole a cargo ship full of injectors and blasted off into deep space, hoping to start her own colony.
Appearance[]
Hematite is 6 feet tall Gem with large hips and a slender form, she has jet black hair in a bowl cut and light grey eyes, her outfit consists of a light grey short sleeved shirt and black sweat pants. Her gemstone is a rounded half circle located on her chin, like all hematites it is a metallic grey/black color.
Personality[]
Hematite is very egotistical and selfish, often calling herself "Hematite Diamond", she often bosses Peridot and Carnelian around. The only person she listens to is ironically her Pearl, Grey Pearl, who she considers her best friend.
History[]
Hematite was created on Homeworld by Pink Diamond to serve as a supervisor for the Prime Kindergarten, after the rebellion (and subsequent shattering of Pink Diamond) she was evacuated to Homeworld and reassigned to Yellow Diamond. 5,000 years later she grew bored of her relatively high-ranking position and stole a cargo ship containing injectors to start her own colony. During the jump to light speed, some injectors fell out of the cargo hold into warp space and landed in other universes, two landed on computers and implanted gems into them, creating Tumblrite and Fourchanite, a whole bunch landed in a "The Legend of Zelda" universe, creating Old Amber and the Rupee clan. When Beta Yellow Diamond started tearing the multiverse apart with her Multiversal Cluster experiments, these gems used the resulting tears in reality to join Hematite and her crew on their mission to defeat Beta Yellow Diamond.

Pink Diamond[]
Hematite was one of Pink Diamond's favorite subjects and received lots of attention from her, this is why Hematite is so egotistical and is what eventually let to her betrayal of Yellow Diamond.
Yellow Diamond[]
Yellow Diamond originally saw Hematite as just another Gem under her authority, after Hematite's betrayal however, Yellow Diamond now wants Hematite hunted down and shattered.
Grey Pearl[]
Hematite's personal pearl and best friend, unlike most other pearls who are meek and obedient, Grey Pearl is sassy and opinionated, this is because Hematite never disciplined her when she was new and frequently treats her as an equal.
Peridot[]
Although she is often bossy and mean to her, Hematite actually appreciates Peridot's help. If it it weren't for Peridot's skill with maneuvering ships, Hematite would've been caught and shattered within minutes.
Carnelian[]
Hematite appears to care little for Carnelian, in reality Hematite is happy to have Carnelian's strength on her side and considers her a friend.
The Multiverse Gems[]
Hematite sees them as her personal army and friends but doesn't interact with them unless it's during battle.
Beta Yellow Diamond[]
Hematite hates Beta Yellow Diamond, as she is a heartless gem who shattered her entire race in her home universe to build The Multiversal Cluster.
